Betty Jane Noll, 96, of Westminster, died Monday, October 29, 2018, at the Carroll Lutheran Village Healthcare Center. Born on May 7, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Roberts. She was the wife of the late Joseph Noll, her husband of 65 years who died on October 17, 2011.

Betty is survived by daughter and son-in-law Bylle and John McCulley of Jacksonville, Or. , sons and daughters-in-law Robert and Carna Noll of Forest Hill, David and Cindy Noll of Spokane, Wa. , and Gerald and Margaret Noll of Baltimore.

She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was predeceased by a son Steven Scott Noll. Graveside services will be held at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens and will be private.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Krug Chapel at Carroll Lutheran Village, 300 St. Luke Circle, Westminster, Md. , 21158, with Chaplain Jimmie Schwartz officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Lutheran Mission Society of Maryland, 601 Hammonds Lane, Baltimore, Md.
