Obituary of Brenda “Sue” Davis Brenda “Sue” Davis, age 75, of, Franklinville died Saturday, June 9, 2018 at her home. Sue was born on March 5, 1943, the daughter of Frank and Dorothy Cox Lovell. Mrs. Davis was a native of Randolph County and retired from Prevo Drug after 15 years as a sales associate.

Sue was a member of Great Spirit Baptist Church and volunteered for several organizations, including Meals on Wheels. She was a friendly Christian lady who enjoyed meeting and visiting with others. Sue especially loved her church and the church family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Ray Davis, sister: Phyllis “Sis” Henderson, brother: Phillip “Buck” Lovell and sister: Linda Maness. She is survived by her son: Chuck Davis of Franklinville, two daughters: Wendy Davis of Asheboro and Wanda Hilton of Randleman; brother: Darrell Lovell of High Point; grandson and his wife: Jeremy and Crystal Hilton. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 5:30 to 6:45 pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 600 South Main Street, Randleman.

A Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 pm in the Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lynn Seals officiating. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association, 1300 Baxter St., Suite 150, Charlotte, NC 28204, www.
