Buddy W. Masters Sr, age 78, of Harvel, passed away January 27, 2019 at 11:35 am , at Hillsboro Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Hillsboro. He was born in Gildon, MO on June 28,1940 , the son of Daniel and Irene Marler Masters. He married Joyce Smith on Oct.

29, 1959 in Morrisonville, which ended in divorce after 29yrs. Buddy worked at Circle Steel in Taylorville before retiring. He is survived by two daughters; Tammy (Rex) Gehlbach of Troy, and Kindra Hawkins of Harvel, three sons Buddy Master Jr. of CA, Steve (Angela) Masters of Harvel and Jim (Vanessa) Masters of Harvel, 14 grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.

Two sisters also survive him, Shirley (Bill) Davis of Kincaid and Dorothy (Roy) Sherman of Taylorville. Besides his parents, a grandson Jeffery Masters and a brother Donald Masters preceded him. Visitation will be held Friday, Feb.

1, 2019 at the Hough Funeral Home in Raymond from 10 until Noon. Funeral services will be held at Noon. Burial will be held in the Palmer Cemetery with Pastor Keith Halsey officiating.
