Obituary for Carl Simmons Carl Clifton Simmons, 70, passed away October 23, 2018. A native of Greenville County, he was a son of the late Buster and Mary Landreth Simmons. Surviving are his wife, Sheila Simmons of the home; six sons, Bennie Simmons (Laura) of Greer, Robbie Simmons (Karen) of Greer, Johnny Simmons (Lynn) of Taylors, David Simmons (Fran) of Chesnee, Timothy Simmons of Travelers Rest and Andrew Simmons; two brothers, Billy Simmons of Cleveland and Robert Simmons of Anderson; two sisters, Cora Mae Smith of Powdersville and Becky Bowman of Greenville; twenty-five grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2018 at Praise Cathedral Church Chapel, 3355 Brushy Creek Road, Greer, SC 29650, conducted by Pastor Jerry Madden. Visitation will be held after the service at Praise Cathedral Church Chapel. The family is at their respective homes.
