Carol A. Mania, 79, of Keyport, NJ passed away Sunday, September 16th, at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel, with her family by her side. Carol was born in Long Branch to the late Dominick and Bertha nee Latini Lafayette. She lived in Keansburg, NJ moving to Keyport 60 years ago.

Carol was a parishoner of St. Joseph’s RCC, Keyport. She was the widow of Leo C. Mania whom passed away February 6, 2018. She is survived by her devoted daughter Dana Mania and her longtime companion Robert Meehan of Keyport, a son Joseph and his wife of Freehold.

Also surviving is her beloved Basset Hound Roxie, loving brothers Anthony Lafayette of Florida and Richard Lafayette of Georgia, adoring nieces Connie Anderson of Union Beach and Debbie Shah of Hazlet and a granddaughter Danielle Mania of West Long Branch. Visitation will be held Thursday September 20, 2018 from 9-11am followed by a service at the funeral home. Entombment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Keyport.
