Elizabeth L. Smith, 88, of Little Egg Harbor, NJ passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Hampton Ridge Health Care and Rehabilitation, Toms River. Born in Long Island, NY, she resided in Aberdeen, NJ before settling in Little Egg Harbor, NJ. She worked for the Matawan/Aberdeen School District in the Special Education Department She is a parishioner of St. Theresa RC Church, Little Egg Harbor.

Elizabeth is pre deceased by her beloved husband, Joseph Patrick, children; Patrick, Terence, Dorothea and Joseph Patrick Jr. Her parents Richard and Dorothy Quigley and her brother Richard Quigley. She is survived by her loving and devoted daughters and son, Virginia Collins of Toms River, NJ, Peter Smith and his wife Cheryl of Savage,Minnesota, Patricia Monahan and her husband James of Toms River, NJ, Susan Smiga and her husband Gary of Annandale, Virginia and Jacqueline Smith of Lincroft, NJ, 15 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Elizabeth will be privately cremated. A memorial mass will be held Saturday, October 27, 2018, 9am at St. Theresa RCC, Little Egg Harbor, NJ, followed by interment of cremains at St. Josephs Cemetery, Keyport, NJ.
