Carol’s Obituary Carol A. Yusten, age 77, a resident of Winfield, IL, died February 3, 2019, at home. She was born October 17, 1941 in Chicago, IL. Carol worked for the USPS for more than 20 years.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and attending all their school and sports events. In retirement, she was an avid reader and gardener. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Wayne; her five children, Karen (Phil) Hantak of Bartlett, IL, Kevin (Suzie) Kurowski of Bullhead City, AZ, Richard (Lynne) Kurowski of Bartlett, IL, Christopher (Angela) Kurowski of Morris, IL and Joseph (Carla) Yusten of Elgin, IL; and ten grandchildren,Jessica and Jordan, Ann and Samantha, Amanda and Kayla, Brayden and Jessica, and Alexander and Isabella.

A memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 0S233 Church St. in Winfield, IL. Interment will be private at Assumption Cemetery in Wheaton, IL. Memorial gifts may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
