Obituary for Carol Ann Bartkowiak Carol Bartkowiak, age 64 of Fox River Grove passed away September 10, 2018 at her home. She was born December 23, 1953 in Albuquerque, NM, the daughter of Elmer and Betsy (Rogers) Heron, they precede her in death as does a brother Randy William Heron. Carol is survived by her husband Dale Bartkowiak, her siblings: Debra Ann Geever, Michael Elmer Heron, James Elmer Heron, Dolores Lynn Lopez and Patricia Lynn Locascio as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be a visitation for Carol on Friday, September 14, 2018 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM and followed by interment at Windridge Memorial Park, 7014 S. Rawson Bridge Rd. , Cary. In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated to: htpps://www.
