Carol Lois Northcutt Roberts, of Duncan, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018, at her home. She was born on January 6, 1961, in Hobbs, NM, to Clyde Henry and Lois Maye Lackey Northcutt. Family visitation will be on Tuesday, June 5, from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Whitt Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 7, at Velma Christian Fellowship Church with Bro. Reggie Creekmore officiating. Burial will follow at the Duncan Cemetery under the direction of Whitt Funeral Home.

Carol graduated from Velma High School in 1979. She had attended Cameron University working on her teaching degree. She married Gregory Charles Roberts on July 20, 1979 in Velma.

She was a member of the Velma Christian Fellowship Church. Carol faithfully read her Bible and would host fellowships and Bible study classes in her home. She also enjoyed quilting.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt. Carol is survived by her husband, Greg; children, John Charles Roberts of Lindsey, James Aaron Roberts of Duncan, Jasa Lenae Roberts of Duncan, and Joshua David Roberts of Velma; grandchildren, Billy Jackson Roberts, Jazmine Elaine Roberts, and Luke Conway Roberts; and sister, Clydene and husband Tommy Matthews of Duncan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Lois Northcutt, and her parents-in-law, Charlie and Ardyth Roberts.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Sides, Jacob Johnson, Luke Lindstrom, Nathan Lindstrom, Riley Ellis and Jordan Pierson. Honorary pallbearer is Cole Brewer. Memorial contributions can be made in Carol’s name to Velma Christian Fellowship Church.
