Obituary for Caroline R. Newkirk Caroline R. Newkirk, 44, a lifelong Rushville resident, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018 in Indianapolis. Caroline was born in Greenfield, IN on June 18, 1974 to Ed Dickson and Becky (Darnell) Riley. Caroline was a 1993 Rushville Consolidated High School.

She married William “Brad” Newkirk on August 17, 2013 and he survives. Caroline worked at PK USA for several years and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Rushville. Caroline loved the outdoors and the sun shine.

She enjoyed fishing, her flowers, motorcycles and her dog. In addition to her husband, Brad, of Rushville, Caroline is survived by her parents, Becky (Larry) Riley of Osceola, IN and Ed Dickson (Jewell Keihn of Rushville, a son, Damian Dickson of Shelbyville, 2 step-sons, Wyatt and Chris Newkirk both of Rushville, a step-daughter, Hannah Newkirk of Henry County, her 2 sisters, Annie (Brett) Ratliff of Knightstown and Jackie Dickson of Rushville. Services will be held at 10 AM Friday, August 10, 2018 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville.

Father James Brockmeier will preside. Friends are welcome to visit from 4-8 PM Thursday, August 9, 2018 at the mortuary. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Rushville.
