Obituary for Carolyn “Sue” McVey Carolyn “Sue” McVey, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, lost her battle with pancreatic cancer on Thursday, January 3, 2019. She died peacefully at her home in Columbus, OH surrounded by family. Sue was born February 26, 1947 to the late James and Mable O’Connor.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy “Cheety” Hane and brother, Bruce O’Connor. She is survived by her sons, James (Crystal) McVey and Pat (Jill) McVey; brother, James “Butch” O’Connor; sisters, Judy (George) Henson of Sarasota, FL and Joyce (Tab) Sharp; granddaughters, Mackenzie, Emma, and Daisy; several nieces and nephews, special cousins, and close friends. Friends may call Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. at the MYERS-WOODYARD FUNERAL HOME, 587 Main St. in Groveport, OH.
