OBITUARY Carson Noe July 20, 1931 – November 22, 2018 Carson Noe, 87, of New Tazewell, TN was born on July 20, 1931 and passed away November 22nd 2018 at Claiborne County Hospital. Carson was saved at an early age and was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, Palmer and Judie Noe, he was preceded in death by his wife of 35 years Pansy Brooks Noe.

Sisters: Fleeta Payne, Charlotte Richardson, Lula Fultz, and Betty Williams. Brothers: Carl Noe, and Leonard Noe. Great grandson Michael Lee Brooks Ferguson.

Carson was an avid fisherman and hunter and was always willing to share his stories from his past experiences in the woods or days spent in his jon boat. He worked 33 years for the Claiborne County Road Department and was always fond of his co-workers and the five administrations that he worked under. He is survived by his Sisters: Cassie Caylor, Anna Walker, and Barbara Buchanan.

Step-Daughter Nadine Brooks and husband Raymond. Step-son David Brooks and wife Georgia. Granddaughter Joy Ferguson and husband Mitchell.

Grandson Michael Brooks. Two very special great granddaughters who he loved very much, Madison and Jacey Ferguson. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and friends and family.

The family would also like to express their appreciation to the faculty and staff at Claiborne County Health and Rehabilitation Center for their care over the last couple of years. The family will receive friends at Coffey Funeral Home in New Tazewell on Saturday November 24th from 5 PM to 7 PM with funeral services to follow with Rev. Travis Chumley and Mitchell Ferguson presiding.

Music will be provided by David and Trish Large, Joe and Barbara Large, and Madison Ferguson. Graveside service will be 2 PM Sunday November 25th in Fairview Cemetery in New Tazewell. Pallbearers will be Jim Williams, Joe Williams, Chester Gibson, Howard Walker, David Wells, Jackie Payne, and Mark Williams.

Honorary pallbearers: Billy Joe Overton, Eddie Williams, Doyle Caylor, Bill Jennings, and Billy Buchanan.
