Catherine “Kay” Ann Pugsley, 95, of Anderson, passed away on May 3, 2019 at Bethany Pointe Health Campus in Anderson, IN. She was born on July 6, 1923 in Providence, Rhode Island to the late Farrel and Katherine Higgins. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church.

Catherine was an active member in the church and involved in many clubs including ABWA, RSVP, St. Ambrose Rosary Society and St. Paul’s Catholic Women’s Club in RI. Catherine loved to read, cook and take care of her family. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Catherine was especially proud of her grandsons academic and professional accomplishments. Catherine is survived by her son, James (Linda) Pugsley of Mentor, OH, grandsons, Jason Pugsley of Redondo Beach, CA and Marc (Joselyn) Pugsley of El Segundo, CA. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl and son, William Pugsley.

The family would like to thank the many special friends and neighbors of Catherine for their love and support over the last several years. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 6, 2019, 10:00 am at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd St. Anderson, IN. Services will be Saturday, July 6, 2019, 11:00 am.
