of Cranston passed away on Monday May 21, 2018 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center. She was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Richard Frusher, Sr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Elizabeth (Pagano) Palmisano. Cecelia was the owner operator of Baskin/Robbins Reservoir Ave.

Cranston for 20 years before retiring. She was the devoted mother of Richard Frusher, II and his wife Lisa and Steven Frusher and his fiancé Mirna Valentin; loving grandmother of Zoe and Brayden and the dear sister of Steven Palmisano. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Saturday Morning at 10 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave.

Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
