Charles “Chuck” Wayne Crawford, 64, of South Haven, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 at his home under Hospice care. He was born August 8, 1953 to Robert and Juanita (Burrows) Crawford in South Haven. Chuck honorably served his country in the United States Army.

He married Rebecca Crawford on June 13, 1986 and shared 31 years of marriage before her passing in 2017. He later married Cynthia Bixler on February 6, 2018. He worked maintenance at Briar Hills in South Haven and for the South Haven Housing Commission.

He enjoyed camping, fishing, and being out in the woods. Chuck is survived by his wife – Cynthia Bixler-Crawford of South Haven, children – Josh Crawford, Joe Crawford of South Haven, Rebecca Howell of Midland, David Crawford of South Haven, and Elizabeth Brackett of Midland, siblings – Blache (Monte) Booth of South Haven, Pam (Craig) Beck of South Haven, Mary (Davis) Zimmerman of South Haven, Robert (Aggie) Crawford of South Haven, Rex (Linda) Crawford of Tampa, Florida, and Tim (Nellie) Crawford of South Haven. Four grandchildren also survive.

He is also survived by former spouse – Julia Schumaker Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date. Chuck will be laid to rest at the Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan.
