Obituary for Charles Erickson Charles E. Erickson, 70, Bellwood died Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Altoona. He was born July 25, 1947 in Altoona son of the late John and Ella Mae (Richards) Erickson. Surviving are two sons, Charles E., Jr. (Lori) of Tipton and Allen E. (Kaasi) of Renova; a daughter, Tammy L. (Glenn) Kirkpatrick of Leesburg, Va.

; eight grandchildren, Amanda (Joe) Woloshun, Emily (Matt) Martin, Maggie Erickson, Chad, Courtney and Zachary Kirkpatrick and Eli and Keeleigh Erickson; a great-granddaughter, Isabelle Martin; two brothers, Peter in North Carolina and Donald (Phil) of Bellwood; and a sister, Shirley of Altoona. He was preceded in death by six siblings; John, Walt, Esther, Elizabeth, Marie and Donna. Charles retired as a meat cutter/butcher at Adler’s Market, Philipsburg.

He enjoyed bowling and traveling around the country to bowling tournaments. Friends will be received from 6-9pm Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at Jon C. Russin Funeral Home, Inc. Bellwood. A private graveside service will be held at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.
