Obituary for Charles L. Green Charles L. Green, 86, Hollidaysburg, formerly of Bellmeade, died Thursday, Nov. 15, 2018 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. He was born Dec.

24, 1931 in Johnstown son of the late Charles E. and Helen (Guiher) Green. On August 9, 1952 he married Patricia McFeaters in Johnstown. Surviving are his wife; two sons, R. Steven (Nancy) of St. Clairsville, Ohio and William of Orlando, Florida; and four grandchildren.

Charles was a graduate of Westmont High School and earned his Masters degree in vocational technical education at the University of Pittsburgh. He began working as an auto mechanic in Johnstown and later started his teaching career at Lenape Vo-Tech. He was then hired as coordinator at Ebensburg Vo-Tech where he served for eight years before becoming the Auto Mechanics teacher at Altoona Vo-Tech until his retirement at the age of 62.

He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Altoona. Charles was a member of F&AM Johnstown, American Vocational Association and Jaffa Shrine where he was a former Roadrunner. He enjoyed woodworking.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing, visitation or funeral services. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown.
