Charles was born April 19, 1923 in Annapolis, MO a son of Ira and Ella Mae Inman Risher who precede him in rest. On September 1, 1951 he was united in marriage to Betty Inman Risher who survives.

Funeral Services for Charles will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm from the Cole Family Chapel. Visitation will be held Friday, April 13, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Elder Mark Sutton will be officiating the funeral services.
