Obituary for Melvin Buddy Sutton Melvin C. Buddy Sutton of Ironton, MO passed away Sept. 21, 2018 In Ironton, MO at the age of 87 years, 4 months, and 12 days. He was born May 9, 1931 in Pilot Knob, MO, a son of the late Edward and Nora Tramall Sutton.

In 1953 he was united in marriage to Ann Fomidge, who preceded him in death in 1997. Surviving are two step daughters, Gloria and Terrie of Texas, a niece, Patricia Ivester Strange of Ironton, an nephew Melvin Inman and wife Dee of Ironton and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mr. Sutton attended Bethany Baptist Church and Marble Creek United Baptist Church, and proudly served his Country in the United States Army.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, Sept. 28 at 2 PM from Cole Family Funeral Home with Elder Larry Sutton officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 PM.
