Obituary for Stephen Jay Randolph Stephen Jay Randolph of Belleview, passed away at home on May 30, 2018 at the age of 61 years, 7 months, 9 days. He was born on October 21, 1956 in St. Louis, a son of Clarence Jr., and Mildred Montgomery Randolph. On June 10, 1989 he was united in marriage to Lori Southern Randolph who precedes him death.

Surviving Stephen is one brother, Jimmie and wife Judi Trotter Randolph of Belleview. Preceding him death are his parents Clarence, Jr. and Mildred, his wife Lori Randolph, a son Stevie Randolph, and two sisters; Viola “Vickie Randolph and Anita Randolph. Stephen attended church at Banner Full Gospel Church.
