Obituary for Rev. Richard Ardell Neighbors Rev. Richard Ardell Neighbors of Park Hills, MO went home to be with the Lord on April 8, 2018 at the age of 80 years, 1 month, 21 days.

Richard was born February 18, 1938 in Roselle, MO, a son of the late Jesse and Rose Frans Neighbors. On September 10, 1960 he was united in marriage to Judy Jones Neighbors who survives. To this union four children were born; Angela and husband Troy Mullet of Park Hills, Lorna and husband Rex Coleman of Danville, IA, Audra and husband Shawn Garst of Farmington, and Rebecca Neighbors of Bismarck.

Also surviving him are seven grandchildren; Heather and husband Cody Steinmetz, Brittany, Kyle, Richelle and husband Ben Loveless, Scarlet and husband Cory Barron, Tyler, and Skyler; Four great grandchildren; Brayden, Bailey, Adelynn, Lenni, and a host of nieces, nephews other loving relatives and friends. Preceding Richard in death were his parents, and one brother James Neighbors. Richard served his Country proudly in the United States Marine Corps.

He was a 1955 graduate of Ironton High School and he retired after working 30 years at Fred Weber as a blaster and specialist in explosives. He recently was honored as a 50 year member of the Laborers Union. Richard founded and was Pastor for 16 years at Buford Mountain Community Church and founded Buford Mountain Full Gospel outreach and did missionary work in Mexico.

He attended Bismarck Church of God. Funeral services for Richard will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2018 starting at 11:00 am at the Harvest Christian Centre in Park Hills. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm from the Cole Family Chapel.

Rev. Dwight Jones and Rev. Robert Adams will be officiating the Funeral Services.
