Munns, 74, a resident of Montgomery, PA, was surrounded by his family as he entered the kingdom of God on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in the ManorCare Health Services North at Williamsport. Born September 6, 1944 he was the son of the late William D. “Bill” and Mildred “Millie” Myers Munns. He was a 1962 graduate of Montgomery High School where he played many sports.

He retired as an oil field chemical specialist in Texas. His passions in life were his faith and his family. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting and baseball.

He is survived by five daughters, Angela Brown of Muncy, PA; Cynthia Robbins of Watsontown, PA; Adrian Franks of Houston, TX; Rebecca Munns of Houston, TX; Jessica Dupree of Tyler, TX; two brothers, William B. Munns of Montgomery, PA; Robert W. Munns of Muncy, PA; two sisters, Jean Bogart of Unityville; Mildred Joyce Heiges of Montgomery, PA; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
