Claudia Jean Andrews, 66, of Calhoun, died Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Gordon Hospital, following several years of declining health. She was born in San Diego, CA on November 13, 1952, daughter of the late Jean Heldreth and Dreamlee Whittiemore Heldreth. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandchild, Jacob Cheeks; and her sister, Joann Grahm.

Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Jimmy Andrews; her son and daughter-in-law, Carson and Kim Whittiemore; her daughters, Youlounda Logan and Buffie Popper; her grandchildren, Matthew Shepherd, Brandon Logan, Harley Whittiemore, Jessica Edwards, and Richard Martin; and her great-grandchildren, Aubrey Shepard, Jaylee Steele, and Rachel Sanders. Honoring her wishes, her body will be cremated, and there will be no services. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home of Calhoun.
