Mr. Cleve E. Hamilton, 75, of Freetown, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at his home. He was born in Seymour to the late William and Dorothy May (Hallett) Hamilton Sr. Funeral services will be at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday, March 1 at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday from 11 am until time of service. He was of the Christian faith. On September 5, 1987, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, he married Reah Hohnstreiter with Rev.

Ronald Mueller officiating; she survives. He worked for HPI for 40 years. Cleve enjoyed watching NASCAR and UFC.

He loved spending time playing with his grandkids. He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Reah Hamilton; children, Matthew (Jennifer) Hohnstreiter, Katharine (David) Rhoades and Emmalee (Adam) Wallskog; grandchildren, Logan, Megan, Collin, Roselynn, Margaret, Evelyn, Stephanie, Tommy, Audrey and Ashley; and sister, Mildred Shelton. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, William Hamilton Jr.; sisters, Nellie Rose Arnold and Mabel Ritchie; half brother, Leo Hamilton; infant sisters, Edna May Hamilton and Dilly May Hamilton; and infant brother, Donald Eugene Hamilton.
