Obituary for Conni Burnett Carrollton Twp. , Michigan Beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Covenant Emergency Care Center. Age 69 years.

The daughter of the late Russell and Delores (Bohinski) Rousseau, Conni was born on April 29, 1949 in Carrollton, Michigan. She married Greg Burnett on October 11, 1975. He survives her.

Conni was a longtime volunteer at the Aleda E. Lutz V.A. Medical Center and was a member of V.F.W. Post #1859 Ladies Auxiliary and American Legion Post #439 Ladies Auxiliary. She was an avid Detroit Tigers and Lions fan. Conni enjoyed shopping, spending time with her family and will be deeply missed by her Bringer Inn family where she enjoyed meals every day.

Surviving besides her husband Greg are her daughters, Katie Jo (Josh), Lorie (Matt) and Mary; seven grandchildren, Angelica (Pa), Julian, Jayden, Matthew, Ariana, Camden and Xavier; two great-grandchildren on the way; two sisters and one brother, Mary Jo, Rosalie (Pete), Russell (Brian); several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Connie was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Bill. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at St. John Paul II Parish – St. Josaphat Catholic Church, 469 Shattuck.

Rev. Fr. Richard Jozwiak will officiate with interment to follow in Mt.

Olivet Cemetery. Friends may visit at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. , (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.

A Vigil Service will take place at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the wishes of the family. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Conni Burnett please visit our Sympathy Store.
