Obituary for Janice M. Dise Loving sister, aunt and friend passed away Friday, November 16, 2018. Age 69 years. Daughter of the late Harold and Dorothy (Fontaine) Dise Sr., Janice was born December 6, 1948 in Saginaw, Michigan.

She was a lifelong employee of St. Mary’s Hospital for over 40 years. Janice was involved in many charities and volunteer work. She enjoyed traveling with her friends, playing cards and especially spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving to cherish her memory are two brothers and their spouses, Hal and Louann Dise, Larry and Jill Dise; her niece and nephews, Marc and Joy Dise, LeAnn Dise, Chad Dise and Tracie Christina; several aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends. As a final gift on earth Jan donated to the Gift of Life and honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A private committal service will take place in St. Andrew Cemetery.
