Obituary for Margareta Orange Margareta Orange, Saginaw, Michigan. Loving mother, grandmother and “Oma” passed away Thursday, November 15, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Age 91 years.

Daughter of the late Johann and Apollonia (Gelder) Sennefelder, Margareta was born June 10, 1927 in Hallstadt, Germany. She was married to Clifton D. Orange on November 19, 1949 in Germany. He predeceased her January 17, 2001.

Margareta was a member of Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene. She loved to knit and was involved in many knitting circles. Margareta loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and doing things for others.

Surviving to cherish her memory are three sons, three daughters and their spouses, John and Sandra Orange, Saginaw; Cynthia and Edward Coates, Freeland; Joseph and Rachel Orange, Hemlock; Lona and Mark Boese, Bridgeport; Tony and Marybeth Orange, Midland; Linda Orange, Saginaw; a daughter-in-law, Terrie Orange, Saginaw; 17 grandchildren, Amy , Nathan (April), Lewis (Paul), Ellie, Eben (Sally), Carson (Carol), Andrea (Toby), Emily (Joe), Jedidiah, Hannah (Michael), Alison (Joseph) , Caleb (Kaitlyn), Elizabeth (Gabe), Adam (Janelle), Anthony, Erika and Aaron; 38 great-grandchildren with two angels on the way; two great-great-grandchildren with another angel on the way; her sister, Hildegard Mueller, Germany; sister-in-law, Janice and Joe White, Tennessee; many nieces, nephews and friends and also other relatives living in Germany. Margareta was preceded in death by her son, A. David Orange and two brothers, Josef and George Sennefelder. Funeral Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 19, 2018 at Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene, 1815 Tittabawassee Rd.

, Saginaw. Rev. Randall Owens will officiate with burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.

Friends may visit at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Saginaw Valley Church of the Nazarene or Frankenmuth Bible Church “Beyond”.
