Obituary for Robert C. Bohn Passed away Monday, November 12, 2018 at his home with his loving family by his side. The son of the late Curtis and Virginia (Kitely) Bohn, Bob was born April 1, 1941 in Peck, Michigan. After graduation, he served his country in the United States Army.

He made his living as a very skilled tool and die maker. It’s been said that “If Bob can’t make it, nobody can”. He worked at Bell Engineering and Shear Tool and Die before retiring in 1998.

He married Kay Langevine on February 11, 1989, she survives him. Bob enjoyed golfing, spending winters in Florida and trips to the casino. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.

He especially looked forward to his annual family Canadian fishing trip, where a lot of “traditions” were made and will most definitely be continued. Surviving besides his wife, Kay, are two sons and one daughter, Darrin Bohn and Brent Bohn, Barbara (Robin) Cittel; two step-children, Dawn (Cindy) Greenberg and Jeff (Wendy) Greenberg; grandchildren, Sarah (Kyle) Murdock, Jessica (Richard) Rajo, Bobby (Jordan) Bohn, Bradley (Shelby) Cittel, Derek Cittel, Dylan and Beau Greenberg; great-grandchildren, Madilyn, Gracyn, Emma, Curtis, Zoey, Banx, Arlow and Charlie Claire; siblings, Beverly (Ernie) Dammann, Tara (Joe) Nunamaker; sisters-in-law, Teresa Bohn, Judy Feinauer, Jackie Blake, Sharon (Dick) LaBrie and Eileen (Chuck) Sauve; many nieces and nephews and a very close circle of friends. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Gene and John, a sister-in-law, Penny, and his beloved dog Buddy.

Bob’s family would like to send a very heartfelt thank you to Anna Harper and Crystal Whitman from the V.A. Hospital for all the excellent care they have given over the years; thank you to Dr. Tobin and her staff; and lastly a big thank you to the nurses and staff of Covenant VNA for their compassionate care. You are all truly angels on earth. Honoring Bob’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

A memorial service will take place 4:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. , (between Shattuck and McCarty). Rev.

Chuck Ball will officiate. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to the Aleda Lutz V.A. Medical Center, any veteran’s organization, Covenant VNA, American Cancer Society or any organization of your choice.
