Constance (Lorraine) Elefante, 84, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 24, 2018 at Hackensack Meridian Ocean Medical Center in Brick, New Jersey. She was born Constance (Lorraine) Ehrhardt on February 10, 1934 in Bronx, New York where she grew up. In 1960, she moved to Hazlet, New Jersey where she settled and raised her family before moving to Holmdel, New Jersey in 1990.

In 2007, she moved to Lakewood, New Jersey where she currently resided. Constance loved being a homemaker and spending time with her family. She was predeceased by her parents, Frederick and Catherine (Webb) Ehrhardt, her beloved husband, Joseph Elefante, her son, Wayne Elefante, her precious grandson, Scott Elefante, her dear son-in-law, Frederick Muller, and her dear daughter-in-law Karyl Elefante.

Constance is survived by her loving children, Diana Muller of Brick, New Jersey, Joseph Elefante of Florida, Michael F. Elefante and his wife, Natalie of Hazlet, New Jersey, Denise Karajz, and her husband Kevin of Brick, New Jersey and Daniel Elefante and his wife, Barbara of Forked River, New Jersey, her adored grandchildren, Eric Elefante, William Muller, Joseph Elefante, Zachary Elefante, and Anthony Elefante, her cherished great-grandchildren, Ashley Elefante, Kylie Elefante, Carter Muller and Jackson Muller. Constance is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Constance will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM at the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 3269 State Highway/ Route 35 North, Hazlet, New Jersey 07730. A prayer service will be offered at 8:00 PM on Thursday evening, June 28, 2018 at the funeral home. Cremation will be private.

Interment of cremains will be held on Friday morning, June 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 100 Chapel Hill Road, Middletown/Red Bank, New Jersey 07701. For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www. shorepointfh.com.
