Obituary for Consuelo Guerra McAllen, Texas Mrs Consuelo Guerra entered eternal rest on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at the Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen. She was 81 years old. Consuelo was born on October 20, 1936 in Mexico to Cipriano and Eustolia Reyes.

Consuelo was a long time resident of McAllen and member of St.Joseph the Worker Church in McAllen. Consuelo enjoyed her daily walking and exercise. Consuelo loved to listen to music and watching her televovelas.

Consuelo enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Consuelo Guerra lived her life to its fullest. Consuelo was preceded in death by her parents, a son Elias Guerra and a sister Maria Gonzalez Left to cherish Consuelo’s memory is her husband of 62 years Mr. Ernesto Guerra; her children-Ernesto Guerra,Jr.

, Ezequiel Guerra, Noe Guerra, Elma Vela, Erasmo Guerra, Efrain Guerra, Eustolia G. Pena, Enedelia Olivarez, Hernan Guerra, Siblings-Raquel Reeves, Janie Grunner, Maria Del Refugio Avila, Margarita Melendez, Jose Reyes; 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A gathering of family and friends will take place on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Rivera Funeral Home in McAllen from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary taking place at 7:00 PM. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 15, 2018 at St.Joseph the Worker Church in McAllen at 10:00 AM.
