Dale Anthony Hall, 58, of Cataula died Thursday, May 31st 2018 at Columbus Hospice. Funeral services will be held 4:00 pm Tuesday, June 5th at Colonial Funeral Home in Phenix City with Clint Hudson officiating. Dale was born April 25, 1960 at Martin Army Hospital, Ft.

Benning Ga, the son of Sgt. Joseph C. Hall and Rinna Wells Hall. He grew up in Cataula, GA where he was part of a large family and a community of friends.

He attended Harris County Schools and then began a career in residential construction. Dale was a dedicated father, loving grandfather, loyal son, brother, and a friend to many. He loved his family.

He enjoyed many hobbies, including electronics, puzzles, carpentry, researching, fishing, and reading. Mostly, Dale enjoyed laughing and making others laugh. He is preceded in death by his sisters Cynthia Hall and Katherine Hall Ponder and his parents, Joseph C Hall.

Survivors include his two children, Christine Hall of Columbus and Dale Anthony Hall Jr. of Cataula; his two grandchildren Auburn and Aiden Hall of Columbus; brothers Ronald Hall (Jeannie) of Waverly Hall, Ga and Terry Hall (Mary) of Hamilton, Ga; sister Betty Law (Johnny) of Pine Mountain, GA, and a host of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
