Dan Molendyke of Coppell, Texas February 26, 1955 – December 21, 2018 Dan Molendyke, 63, of Coppell, died after sudden illness while attending a musicians event in Chicago, Illinois. Born February 26, 1955 in Paterson, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Peter Molendyke. He married Wendy Dreisbach July 17, 1999 in Butler, New Jersey.

He was a Senior software engineer for DST, a software company based in Alabama. Survivors include his wife Wendy S. Molendyke of Coppell; a step-son, Jon Petway and wife Raquel of Roanoke, Texas; a step-daughter, Vanessa Petway of Morristown, New Jersey; two sisters, Maryanne Molendyke of Morris Plains, New Jersey and Judy Molendyke of Red Bank, New Jersey; and two grandchildren, Arianna Petway and Zane Alvarado. A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 5, 2019 at Donnelly’s Colonial Funeral Home Chapel, 606 West Airport Freeway in Irving, Texas.

Christopher Rapicano will officiate.
