Daniel “Bucky” C. Buckland, 65, passed away Dec. 22, 2018. He was born Dec.

8, 1953 to the late Harry and the late Joan Buckland. Bucky worked as a welder at the TiteFlex in Springfield. He enjoyed hunting, NASCAR, collecting model cars and going to his camp in New York with Peachy and his nephew Billy.

But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his grandson and best friend Ace. Bucky leaves his loving wife of 43 years, Jean (Langevin), his son Daniel P. Buckland of SC, his daughter Jamie Belanger of Springfield, his grandchildren Ace Buckland Belanger and Chelsea Belanger, his brother Harry “Skippy” Buckland and sister Mary Monty. Bucky was also predeceased by his sister Joan Cox.

A Memorial Service will be held on a later date at the convenience of the family. The TOOMEY-O’BRIEN FUNERAL HOME is in charge of the arrangements.
