Daniel Joseph Badour Kawkawlin, Michigan Dan age, 67 loving husband, father, grandpa and brother passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at McLaren Bay Region Medical Center. He was born on March 26, 1951 in Bay City, Michigan to Duaine & Mildred (Vermeesch) Badour. He was a member of the A.B.A.T.E. and retired from Grey Iron Foundry as a coordinator.

He married the love of his life Sharon Rezler on February 8, 1969 at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church. Dan enjoyed traveling… Read More » on his motorcycle around the world, camping, spending the winters in Florida but most of all spending time with his family and his grandchildren; He will always be remembered for his willingness to lend a hand, using his multi talents. Surviving besides his wife of 49 years are their daughters RoxAnne (David) Schram and Amy (Patrick) Payne, grandchildren; Carissa, Cody, Alex and Braelynn, brothers and sisters Lorraine (Ed) Rohn, Nancy (Herb) Uhlman, Ron (Jan) Badour, Gloria (Merritt) Allen, Tom (Raena) Badour and Jennifer Badour, brother in laws Dan (Pam) O’Dell, Rick (Mary) Shelagowski, sister in law Dody Badour, numerous brother and sister in laws, many nieces, nephews, and an extended granddaughter Selina, numerous special friends in Michigan as well as in Florida.

He was predeceased by his four siblings; John Badour, Sandy O’Dell, Margie Shelagowski and Eugene Badour. A Celebration of Dan’s life will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 with family sharing at 3 pm at the Rivertown Funeral Chapel. Friends may call on Saturday, from 11 am until time of sharing.
