David “Dave” Polach, 63, born August 29, 1955, lost his battle with cancer on August 31, 2018 at Blue Ridge Nursing Home in Columbia Missouri. Services were held in Missouri, and local arrangements have been entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa. Dave spent the last 11 years working at The Phoenix Program in Columbia, a treatment program for drug and addiction.

He was a member of the First Christian Church, where he was elected a deacon.
