Obituary for Mr. David Idso Mr. David Lee Idso, age 82, of Winchester, formerly of Shelbyville, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2018. Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel. Reverend Allen Cross will officiate, with burial to follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors 10 AM until service time Saturday at the funeral home. He was born June 18, 1936, in Hanley Falls, Minnesota, to the late Tomard and Christine Anderson Idso. David was a retired sales rep for a cabinet manufacturer.

As a talented craftsman, he and his wife, DeAnn, purchased, restored and “flipped” houses. Mr. Idso was an inventor and truly talented man. He was a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Christian Idso. Survivors include his wife of 25 years, DeAnn Lee Idso; sons, Ken Idso, Kevin (Tammy) Idso, Kacy Idso, and Jerrod Kallberg; daughters, Sherry Janizeski, Peggy (Clayton) Willhite, and Kristina Barrett; a brother, Tom (Darlene) Idso; nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of the Alzheimer’s Association.
