Obituary for Mrs. Josephine Wiley Lambeth Josephine Wiley Lambeth, age 97, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 A grave side service for the family will be held Sunday afternoon, July 29, 2018 at Willow Mount Cemetery in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Reverend Lanita Monroe of the First United Methodist Church of Shelbyville will officiate. Josephine was born in Springfield, Missouri, on May 8, 1921, to Frank C Wiley and Dae Hendrix Wiley.

She grew up on the family farm and graduated from Willard High School. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jennings R Lambeth, in 2009, and her brothers Col. James Wiley and Dan Wiley.

Survivors include her son Jennings C Lambeth (Suzanne), granddaughters Jennifer L. Hinds (Dr. William Hinds) of Nashville, Tennessee, and Dr Melissa L Kemp (Dr Charles Kemp) of Atlanta, Georgia. Great grandchildren are Sarah, Josephine, and Lyle Hinds and Russell and Ellen Kemp. Memorials may be made to Great Strides Therapeutic Riding of Shelbyville, P.O. Box 1666, Shelbyville, Tennessee, 37162.
