Obituary for Mr. Belton Ray Flippo Belton Ray Flippo of Shelbyville, TN born February 10th 1937 at the age of 81 passed from this life on July 6th 2018 at his home where he was cared for by his wife of 60 years, Faye Flippo. Visitation will be Sunday evening 3 – 7 pm with service Monday at 2pm at Feldhaus Memorial Chapel in Shelbyville, TN. Burial will follow at the Pressgrove Cemetary.

Belton was preceded in death by his parents Alex & Rosie Flippo, siblings, Bethany (Buck) Jacobs, Sadie (Arthur) Jones, Geneva (William) James, Bud (Mary) Flippo, Gene (Virginia) Flippo, Leo Flippo, James Flippo. He is survived by two sister-in-laws, Virginia (Leo) Flippo, and Martha (James) Flippo, three children, Debbie (Jimmy) Brannon, Reba (Chuck) Hawkins, and Steven (Cecelia) Flippo, 14 grandchildren, and 28 ½ great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Belton was a member of Midland Baptist Church and was loved by all who knew him.
