David Lee Lint, age 84, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, died on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Knox Community Hospital, Mount Vernon,Ohio. David Lint was born December 2, 1934 in Warsaw, Ohio to Emanuel and Helen (Harris) Lint. He attended Warsaw High School and served in the Air Force as an aircraft mechanic.

He married the love of his life, Ann (Eder) Ferry on August 1, 1977. David was a self employed master carpenter. He enjoyed country western music, square dancing and watching The Ohio State Buckeyes.

David will be deeply missed by his wife, Ann of 41 years. He will be sadly missed by his step children and families, William Ferry of Middlesbrough, Kentucky, Lorraine Ferre of Mount Vernon, Ohio, Debra (Roy) Strouse of Bluffton, South Carolina, Diane (Mark) Haip of Fredericktown, Ohio. David was preceded in death by Ralph (Patricia) Ferry of Brinkhaven, Ohio.

David will be missed by his grandchildren Angela Johnson, William Strouse, Susanne (Brian) Kelley, Stephanie Ferry, Jessica Schneider, Joshua (Shae) Strouse, Jenna (Joe) Schadle, Jacob Haip, Rebekah Haip; and several great-grandchildren. He will be missed by his nephew Mark (Wendy) Norris and niece Karen (Steve) Jones. David was preceded in death by a sister Gretchen (Ernie) Norris and an infant sister Mary.

We would like to thank the Doctors and nurses, respiratory team, ICU and inpatient hospice for their excellent care & compassion while treating David Lint. There will be a private family service at Roberts Funeral Home. Entombment will be at Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens.
