Obituary for David Ray “Elmo” Ancion David Ray “Elmo” Ancion, 64, of St. Albans passed away Friday, April 6, 2018. He was born January 16, 1954 in Charleston, to the late Raymond and Dorothy Ancion. Elmo was the best VW mechanic ever and made many people happy.

“Look at that dead bird! ” Elmo is survived by his children Katherine Lemon of Teays Valley, and David Ray Lemon of Fairmont; sisters Barbara Montgomery of St. Albans and Kay Childers of Lithia Springs GA; brother Jack Ancion of St. Albans; and many other extended family and friends. There will be a Memorial service at 7:00 pm Thursday April 12, 2018, at Bartlett Chapman Funeral Home, St. Albans, with Pastor Mark Turley officiating.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Friends and family are encouraged to join the celebration of life the Choo Choo in St. Albans all day long on Saturday April 14, 2018.
