Obituary for Janice Lynette McLeod Janice Lynette McLeod, age 64, of Hurricane, WV went home to be with the Lord on May 27, 2018. Lynn graduated from Hurricane High School and Berea College with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and was an active member of Mensa, the high IQ society. Lynn dedicated her life to the ministry of Jesus Christ, sharing God’s Word with those of all ages and serving in the church – namely, Life Christian Center (St. Louis, MO) and Joyce Meyer Ministries (Brisbane, Australia).

Lynn, loving wife, mother, and grandmother is preceded in death by her parents, James and Emma Jo (Strait) Crace, and son-in-law John M. Pritt. Lynn is survived by her loving husband of 30 years Joseph William McLeod of Hurricane; children, Robert (Sara) McLeod of St. Louis MO, Katy Wiseman (Christopher Cottrell) of Franklin TN, Elisha (Thu) Wiseman of Wyckoff NJ, Abigail McLeod of Kanawha City, Joseph McLeod (Chelsie) of Hurricane and John (Emily) McLeod of Nitro; sister, Kerry (Alan) Ray of Hurricane; brothers, James (Anita) Crace of Pittsburgh PA and Phillip Crace of Hurricane; grandchildren, Colin, Cailey, Chloe, Devon, Sophia, Megan, Nicholas, and Neyland; and many other extended family and friends. Memorial service will be at 3:00 pm Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Chapman Funeral Home, Hurricane, with Abigail McLeod officiating.

Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lynn’s memory to Voice of the Martyrs at 1815 SE Bison Road, Bartlesville OK 74006.
