He was preceded in death by his Father, Ray Stallard. Survivors Include: Mother- Annette Stallard of Clintwood, Virginia Son Dusty Stallard and fiancée Ariel Dingus of Clintwood, Virginia Brother Lowell Stallard of Clintwood, Virginia Niece Tiffany Hughes of Land of Lakes, Florida The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 6:00pm. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with clergyman Jimmy Hubbard.

Funeral and Funeral Procession will be Private. Pallbearers will be Dusty Stallard, Lowell Stallard, Rick Mullins, Emory Browning and Roynal Stallard. Mullins Funeral Home and Staff are serving the Stallard Family.
