Obituary for David T. Blaser David Theodore Blaser of Moline, Illinois, passed away Thursday, June 7, 2018, at UnityPoint Health-Trinity Rock Island. A memorial service will be held at Homewood Evangelical Free Church, 3303 60th Street, Moline, on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at 11 a.m. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. A luncheon will follow immediately after the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Homewood Evangelical Free Church or Youth Hope, both of Moline.

Cremation will take place at Trimble Crematory under the direction of Trimble Funeral Home, Moline. David was born on December 18, 1957 in Moline, the son of Ted and Megan Day Blaser. He graduated from St. Ambrose College and worked as a silk screen layout printer for many years in Illinois, Wisconsin and Kentucky.

Dave was a gentle soul who had many fond memories of fishing with his dad growing up and of spending time with his family during holidays and reunions. Dave is preceded in death by his mother, Megan Blazer. Surviving are his daughter, Tacey Blaser of Sterling, IL.
