Debbie D Zartman passed away September 10, 2018 at her residence in Buckeye Lake, OH. She was born October 26, 1962 in Newark, OH to the late Elmer and Virginia Dupler. Debbie is survived by her husband, Charles Michael Zartman; her daughter, Dominique (Christopher) Haggerty of Heath, OH; grandchildren, Briar and Paisley Haggerty; sisters, Diana King of Florida, Donna (Max) Wiseman of North Carolina, sister-in-law, Sharon Dupler of Hebron, OH, and mother-in-law, Kay James of Buckeye Lake; along with many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her brothers, Larry Dupler Sr., Elmer Dupler Jr., and her parents.
