Debbie Dee Coleman, 52, of East Moline, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2018 at UnityPoint Health – Trinity, Rock Island, surrounded by those closest to her heart. Funeral services for Debbie will be 12 Noon on Monday at Second Baptist Church, Rock Island. Visitation will be held from 10 to 12 Noon before services at church.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Debbie was born on December 11, 1965 in Rock Island, to the late Mary “Vivian” (Walker) and John Edmunds. She married her sweetheart, Lenford Coleman, on May 31, 2002.

She graduated from Kaplan University with an Associates and Bachelors Degrees in Criminal Justice, thus becoming a drug and alcohol counselor with CADS and later, RICCA. When she passed, she was celebrating 16 years of sobriety herself as a member of AA. Her passions included spending time with her grandkids, eating sausage and sauerkraut, aquariums, internet games, reality TV, and The Lord.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend and partner in crime. Her beautiful life will be forever cherished. She is survived by her husband, Lenford Coleman, East Moline; Four daughters, Rose (Ryan) Coleman, Moline, Natasha (Jamie) Brooks, Davenport, Nicole (Joseph) Urbain, Colona, and Mariah (Dante) Coyle, Davenport; Three sons, Lenford (Michelle) Conner, Jr., Davenport, Isaiah (Audri) Pearson, Davenport, Devin (Jchemla) Jackson, Davenport; 23 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends.
