Deborah’s Obituary Deborah “Debbie” Gay Osborn, 68, of Coal Grove, passed away Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at her residence. The Worthington, KY native was born July 30, 1950, a daughter of the late Edwin V. Hurt and Nora Alice Ward Hurt Castle Debbie received her Associate Degree from Ohio University Southern and a clerical degree from Ashland Community College. She was a former employee with Detox Therapy at Pathways in Ashland, KY and attended the Coal Grove Church of the Nazarene.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: a brother: Thomas Ray Hurt II She is survived by: two sons: Roy G. II (Brandy) Osborn and Robert E. Osborn both of IN three sisters: Doris A. Ashley of MI, Edwina Davis of Flatwoods, KY and Paula Sawyers five grandchildren: Amanda Marie Avilla, Cortney Renee Verone, Dustin Osborn, Hannah Emmabell Osborn, and Zachary Ryan Osborn six great grandchidlren Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Coal Grove Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Brian Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Ice Creek Cemetery and visitation will be Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, Ohio.
