Nathan’s Obituary Nathan W. Holbrook, 36, of Coal Grove, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at St. Mary’s Medical Center-Ironton Campus. The Huntington, WV native was born October 23, 1982, a son of Carol Nance Holbrook of Coal Grove and the late Donald Holbrook. Nathan attended Open Door Schools and Easterseals in Burlington.

He also attended First Southern Baptist of South Point and loved being with his family and enjoyed listening to music. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by: a sister: Christina Stahl his grandparents: Walter and Della Holbrook and Cecil and Lillian Nance In addition to his mother, he is survived by: a sister: Nellie (Joseph) Adkins of Flatwoods, KY a brother: Donald Jr. (Andrea) Holbrook of Kitts Hill four nephews: Jeremy Holbrook, Corey (Brittany) Adkins, Owen Stahl and Brycen May three nieces: Chanda (Todd) Jenkins, Annie (Ryan Hoover) Stahl and Olivia Holbrook a brother-in-law: Dave Stahl, he will be missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins and a special care giver: Melissa Bennett Nathan was known and loved by many, his infectious smile will be missed. Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, January 24, 2019 in Woodland Cemetery with Pastor Paul Michael Booth officiating.

Friends may call Thursday from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, Ohio. Donations may be made to the Easterseals Central and Southeast Ohio, 97 Pvt Rd 80, South Point, OH 45680.
