Larry “Stretch”‘s Obituary Larry “Stretch” Wilson Sr., 66, of Ironton, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Community Hospice Care Center of Ashland, KY. The Lawrence County native was born March 15, 1952, a son of the late Lawrence Wilson and Mary Pulley Coyer. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Darlene Hoptry Wilson.

Larry was a member of the First Nazarene Church in Ironton, Ohio and was a graduate of South Point High School. He worked at Garrett Tires as a off the road tire repairer. In addition to his wife, he is survived by: a son: Larry (Kayla Johnson) Wilson Jr. of Ironton a grandson: Aiden Wilson of Lucasville, Ohio a brother: Steve (Julia) Wilson of Russell, Kentucky a brother: Mike (Dana) Pearson of Ironton, Ohio as well as several nieces and nephews Funeral services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
