Delma’s Obituary Delma Estelle Pitchford age 84 of Saranac, MI passed away January 17, 2019. She was born on October 2, 1934 in Valliant, OK the daughter of Hubert and Mittie (Peterson) Thomas. Delma married Jerry Pitchford October 24, 1959 in Memphis, TN.

She was an amateur radio operator and enjoyed playing the mandolin. She was a member of Shiloh Community Church. Surviving Delma is her loving husband of 59 years Jerry Pitchford of Saranac, daughters Wanda Ryan of Cleveland, TN and Jerri Dale (Randy) Pratt of Mason; grandchildren Magnus Night, Mike Raison, Jessy Cass, Cody Ryan, Rachel Rice, Sarah Brock, Emily Rose Brock and Robert Wall; great grandchild Cecilia Cass; sisters Lavern Barkley of FL and Bettie Lowery of MO.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Sherrie Wall and brother David Thomas. Funeral services will be held at Shiloh Community Church on Wednesday, January 23rd at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating. Interment Saranac Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. at Lake Funeral Home in Ionia. Online condolences may be made at www.
