Obituary for Denise Ann Crowder Denise Ann Crowder passed away 11/7/18 after a long struggle with the aftermath of a stroke in 8/2012. Denise was born 8/18/1961 to Lillian and James Crowder. She was a strong independent woman that got things done ever since she was a young child.

She always stood up for her daughter and she took care of her mother that suffered from a mental illness her entire life. Denise’s life was not easy she had to struggle every step of the way, she had many challenges and let downs, she never complained about her unfortunate circumstances. She trailed on every day.

She was never afraid to stand up for what she believed in she never backed down from a challenge. Although she was rough, she really was a sweet woman. She was a woman to lookup to.

She taught me not to be afraid, don’t back down and to stand up for what I believe in, not be naïve with the situations and things around me. Denise came to life with the news she was going to be a grandma, she doted on her new grand baby she loved her with every inch of her soul. My Mom will be missed, she leaves behind her Daughter Theresa (Michael) her grandgirl BreeAnna and many friends that she held very dear, Laurie Prescott, Deanna and Jack Herbert just to name a few.

All the Residence and Staff at St. Joseph Villa. She has gone to be with her Mother, Father her grandparents, aunts, uncles and many friends that she has lost along the way. She will be missed but I take peace in knowing she is with her family, she is no longer in pain and she is free.

I love you Mom, until we meet again.
